    Witold Kowalczyk


    Witold is technology entrepreneur, researcher and programmer.


    He studied law at the University of Warsaw and also pursued a master’s degree at the University of Paris Pantheon-Assas complemented by various prestigious internships internationally. He decided not to pursue his legal career and rather ventured into technology, given the disruptive opportunities it offers.


    He previously worked at the Polish Trade and Investment Agency, the Court of Justice of the European Union, international law firms in Poland, Luxembourg and Florida - as well as run his own consulting firm through which he co-founded a $2,5m Smart City accelerator.


    He is an expert in Artificial Intelligence for the European Commission and has been recognized in the Polish 2018 Forbes 30 Under 30 ranking.


    Witold is a trilingual speaker in French, English and Polish and fluent in Spanish and German.

    Przemysław Chojecki, PhD


    Przemysław has obtained a PhD in mathematics in Paris, France. He worked as a research fellow at University of Oxford for two years, conducting research in abstract mathematics. He tackled issues of proof verification with DeepAlgebra program, which has taken him on the verge of mathematics and computer science.
    In 2016 he has returned to Poland where he started working scientifically at Polish Academy of Sciences. He co-founded Bring.ai - a same-day delivery start-up - and was interested in AI applications in logistics ever since. He is passionate about using a cutting-edge research in developing new technologies and ventures.

    He has many publications with international collaborators from top universities (Princeton, Harvard, Cambridge) solving difficult problems in abstract mathematics.


    He is the author of DeepAlgebra (https://przchojecki.github.io/deepalgebra/) a computer program for automating reasoning in the field of mathematics.

    Michał Stęchły

    Quantum engineer

    Michał has graduated in Physics from the Jagiellonian University and in Automatics, Control and Robotics from the AGH University of Science and Technology, both in Cracow.


    He used to work at Estimote, the first Polish startup in the prestigious Y-Combinator accelerator. As a researcher he was developing algorithms for indoor navigation, asset tracking and other Estimote products and made significant contributions to the company's culture and processes.


    In the meantime he was involved in Data Science projects for the electromobility industry, lead Machine Learning classes for students and contributed to open source quantum computing frameworks.


    Recently he became on of the recipients of Unitary Fund (http://unitary.fund) - a grant program run by Rigetti's Will Zeng, which supports open source projects in quantum computing.

    Konrad Jałowiecki, Phd cand.

    Quantum engineer

    Konrad is a physicist and software engineer.


    He obtained a BEng in computer science and MSc in both physics and mathematics. Currently Konrad pursues his PhD degree in physics at University of Silesia in Katowice. His research interests include quantum information theory, quantum computation and high performance computing.


    Before joining Bohr Technology he worked for one year for Relayr where his job mainly focused on researching the performance of IoT solutions. Occassionally he also works as a programming tutor for companies such as Relayr or Software Development Academy, teaching classes on various subjects concerning Python and Java programming.


    Konrad is a huge open source fan with Python being his favourite programming language. He is also a maintainer of several open source projects (e.g. https://github.com/aubergine-developers/aubergine).

    Hoang Doan

    Junior Product Designer

    Hoang is a Junior Product Designer at Bohr Technology where he is responsible for putting quantum computing into a functional and simple form.


    He is a Polish-Vietnamese graduate student from the Multimedia Department of Warsaw School of Advertising. Currently he is a first year student at Lodz University where he studies new media and digital culture.


    Privately, he is interested in UX, Front-End coding and laptop design.

    Li Chen

    Business Development, Canada

    Li heads business development for Canada and he is currently an MBA Candidate at the University of Toronto (Rotman School of Management) where he is majoring in Investment Banking.

    Prior to his Masters, he worked in numerous progressive roles at TD Financial Group and spent the last few years in Wealth Management as one of the youngest Financial Planners within the firm. Over the summer, he also interned at Amazon where he worked as an Operations Manager in Process Optimization.

    Li is trilingual (fluent in English, French and Mandarin) and enjoys watching movies, traveling, volunteering and Muay Thai.

    Tom Lubowe

    Business Development, United States

    Tom has an economics degree, experience in foreign exchange trading, and conducting merger arbitrage analysis in the hedge fund business. He later moved into financial technology product management. After this he started a quantum machine learning software application startup which conducted successful research before shutting down after a year and a half. He is passionate about deep technologies and wants to help commercialize them, especially machine learning and quantum computing.

    Linda Hlebowicz


    Law Student at the University of Warsaw (5th year).

    She gained her experience in several law offices, in the Ministry of Health (Legal Department) and in the one of the largest law firm in Poland.

    Her professional interests focus on the Law of New Technologies and Life Sciences e.g. she delivered a speech on ‘The future of insurance on the basis of recommendations to the Commission on Civil Law Rules on Robotics (2015/2103(INL))’.

    She is also an alumnus of Paga’s foundation - ‘The leader of healthcare’ program and the finalist of Commercial Arbitration Moot Court (nationwide).
